hydrocortisone stays local bc it’s inactivated by skin enzymes quickly and is water soluble, it only travels systematically when used over a large area like the whole face, DHT is not rapidly broken down by skin and is designed to bind to receptors that’s why it’s different

tret alr fades freckles combine it w like 20 percent azelaic acid bcz if stops melanin production, don’t use mt 1 or 2 until ur freckles fade, until then use tinted spf
