obviously i'm aware my acne is fucking horrible and i'm overweight at the moment, (15 162 5'7) i'm in the process of getting on accutane (currently on tret) and im also on 1.5 mg of reta, i know these 2 are my biggest flaws but i feel even if i cleared my acne and got rid of my pillow face im still going to be a low tier loser (keep in mind these pictures are frauded as fuck if i don't jutt the growth in my face is fucking horrible)

keep up with the reta and weight loss, you need to grow your hair out as well

jutting is sustainable—ive done it for 4 years straight, just takes some getting used to
