How can I ascend more?

How can I ascend? I’m not asking for a rating or nothing, I just wanna know what I can do. I’ve had a fairly decent ascension already I’d say, but by no means am I happy with myself and I want to improve. Here are a couple old photos as well as some current photos. I’m looking for honest feedback on how to better myself so I don’t feel like a fucking loser everywhere I go.
