Iam a student in the thailand country who really want's to improve my looks and start being serious about these type of " Lookism Stuff everyone does " for me, my eye area nerfs me due to my dark circle around my eye's and sometimes my eye bags come and go . my dream in to get hunter eyes and grow my eyelashes , eyebrows out.. iam on a student budget . Your 100 dollars in my country is 1k .​

dermastamp and use topical 5% minoxidil on eyebrows

and use either latisse or a lash serum like the ordinary or babe

but keep in mind w the lash stuff especially latisse u can get some infra orbital fat loss
