how can I ascend? need help

looking for real ways to ascend and even basic tips to max out my looks. I am new to the community and anything helps. also hair is very grown out right now due to textured/wavy perm I am getting soon as well as mod cut. be brutal, I am willing to do anything to ascend.

Lose face fat/lower bodyfa t% but still bulk and gymmaxx do neck tucks topical minoxidil and sleep if ur still sleeping good and u have eyebags try caffine under eye masks
