Long story short, i’ve had low self esteem all of my life and my life has been full of rejection, false hope and deception from women. One year ago when i was still pretty bluepilled,i liked a girl and long story short she rejected me. Since then i have discovered the blackpill and been depressed and i don’t know what to do. I am fed up taking normies advice on how i look good and how the problem is my personality cope. I a m convinced i’m not gl enough to get what i want. The fact that i don’t know what i can do to ascend is driving me even more crazy and it’s taking a huge toll on my mental health. So please my dear brothers, be 100% honest with me and tell what i can change to ascend.

you have a pretty long face overall. Total facial height to width ratio is 1.45. Your fwhr is decent but not perfect at 1.74 (perfect is around 1.9-2.0). Despite this your midface is compact at 1.06 though which is good but bordering on being too compact. This is likely because your ipd is too high at 48.5% (ideal is 45-47%), which makes your midface more compact despite your face as a whole being too tall. There's not too much you can do about this, your upper third is already the smallest at around 30.3% of your face so something like a forehead reduction would just look uncanny on you.

I saw someone above mentioning getting a genio, I think that's a good idea but I would be careful about making sure you don't lengthen your lower third downwards in any way. It's already your biggest third at 36.4% (which is good) but I wouldn't go much farther then that or it may look uncanny. I think you could also benefit from chin fillers just to widen the chin, and maybe jaw implants/filler. Although your lower third already looks pretty decent so I wouldn't blame you for deciding not to do any risky procedures there.

Overall its hard to recommend you any hardmaxxes since you really don't have any big failos (eyes, eyebrows, mouth lips cheekbones etc all look pretty good), and you already seem fully softmaxxed. I'd rate you htn but you could potentially get to chadlite if you end up getting a wider jaw with one of the methods I mentioned above. Obviously if you aren't already make sure to gymmax since its a huge boost no matter what.

Yeah it's technically a falio but a minor one, I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you really want to correct it zygo fillers/implants could help.

I don't think your temples are too narrow for zygo implants, however your jaw might be. If i were you I would start off with jaw/chin work, then consider doing something with the zygos. But again, I don't think you really need any form of cosmetic surgery, you look above average as is.
