KTP = keratopigmentation
Canthoplexy is the full name
Rhino = rhinoplasty

you're already 6'3 with a solid base so just get a canthoplasty to fix the downward eye tilt and you’ll easily reach htn status

surgery is never the answer, only in extreme cases, so, dont do surgery.

start with softmax like mewing, chewing, gym, lower ur body fat, it depends on the case and the point u start, i tell u the general things thats make the people ascends in very cases
