I would suggest growing hair out and rhinoplasty. I would suggest you shave your beard and go for a clean shave.
Some lip filler to the sides would be ideal as your lips are a bit narrow, and a genioplasty to fix your chin to philtrum ratio. Please check out my thread called Vampiremaxing 101, it's the updated version with grey font instead of the one with black font
