How can I ascend?

I’m 6’2 and probably around low mtn but I want to ascend to high mtn. Besides surgery and a haircut what can I do? Please help me

Try tanning more like with carotene and lycopeme and you have a negative canthal tilt people think it’s hard too fix it but it’s really not all you need is chink pulling for that and some more full eyebrows and more full lips other than that you were blessed with a good eye color you have potiental especially with your height
