Simple as title. Please tell me how to ascend by any means possible. I see all these tiktok looksmaxxers go from sub 5 to htn/chad lite and I’m stuck wondering how.

They either were steroid hyper responders or got multiple cosmetic surgeries and lie about being fully natural. Absolutely no softmax in the world could make you go from sub5 to CL, unless they were already a genetic CL who was obese and just lost weight or something

What if I’m in the midst of puberty? How can I take advantage of my naturally high levels of HGH, IGF-1, and testosterone to promote bone development (lengthening, growth, thickness, etc.). I just turned 16 2 weeks and 3 days ago and I only hit puberty last year.

There are probably some things online you can try, certain diets and habits can increase your T but if you're really trying to get extremely different results just pin Test and HGH paired with an AI

Also, I thought taking test and HGH disrupts your bodies natural ability to make it? Isn’t it like super dangerous due to the fact that it can have effects the opposite of what they’re supposed to do?

Many places online sell them, sourcing isn't my thing but there are plenty of users here who can source for you. If you don't want to/can't order something, go to your local gym and spark up a chat with a 300+ lb monster who looks like he's been blasting for 100 years
