I am 16.6 years old , weighing 64kgs cutting down to 12% body fat , my dad is 5'7 and my mom is 5'4 im about the same height as my dad. i go to the gym 5 times a week , hit protein goals, get high quality protein from meats and make sure to eat lots of veggies. my doctor said i have potential to be 5'10 . how can i reach my maximum potential? in the gym pic i was 66kgs i dont have recent pics but here is a better angle of my face. i want honest reviews and tips please and thank you
