I want to know what I am out of 10 and how I can ascend I know it’s not a serious picture but what could I seriously do

You look fine. However, you need to whiten your teeth and go to the gym. Do you smoke? What is your diet like?
I recommend oil-pulling, with coconut oil only. Some might scoff at this but studies show it makes a difference, and I know it makes a difference with my teeth.

To my knowledge it’s more pulling plague off ur teeth not actually whitening ur teeth. I suppose if ur teeth are caked with the shit then it can be super useful.
