Tbh you're not really that young. Do a fist x-ray to check if your growth plates are still opened, if they aren't peptides won't do anything unless you're aiming for something like recovery, fat loss or better skin. About pinning, most are subcutaneous and pretty much safe but obviously dosage will vary depending on the peptide.
