I used to wrestle and got my nose fcked but still not worried bout it any advice to ascend

lose bf , fix ur skin try out different haircuts and if u want to go the hardmax route go for a rhino and a genio and maybe a lip lift+ some lip filler ur lips are too thin but don't over do it or u will look gay + a tiny bit of infraorbital fat padding and u will ascend hard.

Exogenous hydrocortisone suppresses the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, leading to a direct decrease in serum testosterone secretion. topical creams typically have low systemic absorption. However, using high-potency steroids, applying them to large areas of the body, or using them for an extended period can lead to systemic absorption. tldr its not worth wasting ur time on hydrocortisone if your gonna have to stay on it ocnsisnetly to have a small nose and damage ur adrenal glands and test levels
