Okay dude honestly best advice I can give you is literally get older, I’ve seen with most people their skull seems to lock in as they age so in the meantime become a gymcel until you’re HTN

Ok I just want to max my height until my growth plates closed cuz idk if they closed or not since I haven't hit a growth spurt since like 7th grade but I put on muscle way easier now
