I’m most likely getting a nose job once i turn 18 unless my parents let me but over all i just don’t know what to improve first

Honestly bro other than your eyes I think after a nose job you would look really good, nothing you can do about eyes without surgery tho
 
Plus a more muscular neck and maybe a better cut for softmaxxes
 
train your neck and thicken your eyebrows
