Please help me figure out how to ascend. I’m 16 years old, 5’11” (180 cm), 143 lbs (65 kg), and I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I would really appreciate any advice on how to ascend because I genuinely feel like I have no chance with women because of my looks. I can usually get into the talking stage or the getting-to-know-each-other phase, but I never manage to get past it. It happens over and over again, and it’s starting to really affect me mentally. I honestly can’t take it anymore, so I would really appreciate any genuine tips on how to improve my appearance and become the best version of myself. My mental health has unfortunately been suffering a lot because of this.
