You should take Vitamin D because there is mountains of research that shows Vitamin D supplement increases testosterone. Also workout and eat good diet. Testosterone increases dimorphism which basically means that your brow ridge, chin, zygomatic arch could get more bone mass considering you’re going through puberty atm.

Of course, if you are a trucel atm dont expect to become a slayer but personally, I have noticed my face becoming more dimorphic and attractive as I go through puberty so I am just telling you how to maximize your potential.
