Rhino and canthoplasty would ascend as well, but your failios aren’t super noticeable in those areas so I wouldn’t see it as being worth it. Your mandible is the only noticeable failio up front.

Bb cream and a tan is the only thing i can think of, you look pretty softmaxxed out at this point.
