Your mandible is not straight forward. Almost nobody has a perfectly straight forward jaw, even Pattinson and Cavill don’t.

As a result, when you chin goes forward in a genio, it will also go down.

Your Philtrum appears rather long due to your chin though, so the vertical increase is probably going to end up doing more for you than the forward advancement
