How can i be lean but decently muscular at the same time?

Im skinny right now but also fat idk how to explain it im not chubby but i cant see my abs either


But anyway i was wondering what i should do to stay lean and have decent muscle mass because i dont wanna look anorexic while being lean

skinny fat.. you don't have that much muscle, and your fat, or your skinny lean

eat at slight surplus and do daily cardio. walking 30 - 45 min outside or treadmill also 10 k steps. also track ur food
