Jokes aside, the best way to become NT is to socialize whenever its possible. you also need to make your life more interesting and exciting. Go make some good friends, explore abandoned places, travel if possible, go out of your way to search for new experiences, do some sort of sport, join a martial arts club or smth like arm wrestling, make friends in the gym, and find bros who you can compete with and make yourself better. Keep posting all your adventures on your story, if you ever want a date, just ask her if she would like to join you for some activity. Believe me this will change your life
