Is it over for me? what can I genuinely do to save myself, im 20 and I look like a goblin. My nose is fucking huge and i look like pinocchio. i have an overbite that makes my side profile terrible as well. my face feels too long and i look actually retarded. if nothing works i'll either ropemaxx or just get surgery lmao but before i spend loads of money i want to know if i can be saved and how. please help.
