Doing simple experiments with over-the-counter substances - what is called "kitchen chemistry".

Anything that I can find in my house? I got meds in liquid form and other shits
Before making any actual useful stuff, you need to learn some theory, get a few books of practical chemistry experiments, start collecting substances, acquire some lab glass to make a home laboratory, then start doing simple practical exercises and experiments.

Yea I dont want to blow up my house

one of my friends spent all his student loans on laboratory equipment to synthesize "legal chemicals" but gave up. may actually be really hard.

Exactly, that's why you need to start slowly and build your skills gradually, you don't go mixing dangerous chemicals immediately even if a recipe might look very simple and easy to do, but if you miss one small but crucial detail, you could end up with a dangerous substance, have stuff blowing up or corrosive chemicals spilled on you, etc.; lab work is an aptitude that is slowly trained through many practical experiments, you start with simple reactions using harmless substances, you learn from experience, then you slowly advance to more complex experiments and advanced substances.
