Im already 6’3ft with a very above average frame/physique which im grateful to have but facially im a recessed ltn. I feel like no softmaxxes will make much difference for me ive already accepted the fact that surgery is a must its clear i need jaw surgery which im currently in the process of getting but other than that what are some of the best roi looksmaxx’s for me?

Probably will for the summer but my side will still look like it was hit by a car and completely fuck my health indicators

After jaw you need a rhino.
After that your mid face needs more volume to fill over the tear troughs.

Also you need accutane obvi cuz u got acne.
You probably need a lip lift after the rhinoplasty idk.

After that u should be good.

are you looking at a bimax?

only surgery that I can think of to improve because you are recessed no doubt, but the only softmax I can see is maybe a fat dissolver or ultrasonic cavitation to break down some of the subcutaneous fat and shrink your superficial fat pads, because that's also holding u back I can tell there is a little bit of excess fat. only other thing I see noticeably is you have an abnormally large lower third

i was going to say accutane stunts growth but he's already 6'3+ so nvm.

the only reason not to do accutane is if you aren't finished with pubery and/or it isn't that extreme.
accutane is really a last resort for acne

Yeah i dont think my acne is that severe ive started tret and other skincare softmax’s but if they dont work i guess its a option.
