Don't let your own mentality stop you from trying to talk with people. One thing I used to do to build up my confidence was go on Omegle (dead now but you can find similar sites) and just get comfortable talking to people and girls. There's literally no repercussions if you fuck up an interaction because you can just skip and move on to the next one (same thing in real life btw)

yo @Anakin_10k don't even trip dude. that mental shit is real but most of the time it's just ur brain overthinking. low iq threads always push the "its over" narrative.

honestly confidence mostly comes from feeling like u got ur shit together. focus on the easy wins first: gym for posture and some muscle, get decent sleep, fix ur skin if its bad. basic shit but it adds up. posture is huge too, standing tall makes u look and feel better.

idk bout height tho, that's mostly out of ur control. but yeah, like ibnu said, playing like u got nothing to lose can be surprisingly effective. worst they can do is ignore u right? try focusing on ur own grind first, the rest falls into place.
