How can I become HTN without surgeries?

My goal is to cut to 12 bodyfat to become HTN. Will I reach HTN if I do all this? Or better, will I become average looking and not ugly?

If I can't get to HTN, should I still looksmaxx? It doesn't sounds good, because my dream would be HTN. What surgery will get me to my goal, then? To HTN, which will be paradise for me.

I mean, this is for real. I need to fucking be a HTN. Will a good body make me HTN? I need to be 4.5 PSL. How can I?
 
What surgeries will help me to look 4.5 PSL?

Start chewing hard gum 3 times a week

My goal is to be HTN before 25. If I can't get to that, I'll kill myself. I'm tired of being autistic and not attractive.

get a proper haircut. lose bodyfat and unfortunately you 100% need a rhino, side profile looks fine but from the front it is downie tier

Do you think his nose could look slightly better if he lost weight? Cause rn he has that fat on the sides of his nose which I think makes the nosebridge less defined.
 
Fade will suit you, fade your sides and you can keep the top longer if you like

doubt it, he isn't fat enough to have such a huge difference on his nose. that's not fat tissue at the side of the nose

why are you so opposed to surgeries? your nose clearly needs one and it is a relatively inexpensive riskless surgery

I already like my nose. My goal is to get to have a mouth watering body at 12 bf. If that doesn't make me HTN, then, I'll get surgery.

I already do skincare, never get roids or tatoos. I'll get a better haircut and a stubble. Can't NT max because I'm not NT.

Chadlite is enough yes but HTN isn't. But yes they won't lust over you which is exactly my goal so yeah I wouldn't wanna be HTN.

Well, I want to reach HTN. At least I'll become more confident, since my lack of confidence comes from girls calling me ugly. If I stop getting called ugly, I'll be happy.
