You could lose some face bloat, maybe you have good bones underneath, including high set cheekbones, who knows. Low body fat also makes your abs show up if you regularly work out.

No shit it will, but at the end of the day you're going to need a rhino to be as attractive as you can be. It's just the sad reality, accept either losing a half PSL point by not getting one or decide to get one. I have the same issue with my nose, I'm getting one this summer.

I don't objectively rate people, because ratings are so subjective. When I made a ratings thread, some people rated me a 3.5 and others a 5. I took the average, which ended up being a 4.5. However, I had major failures in my mid face (nose and eyes), that if fixed surgically, could bring me to a 5.5. You should stop asking people exactly where you're going to end up and just take action and see where it leads you. It's logically the best solution, posting on a forum is not going to improve your physicality. People have told you what you need to do, now you need to do it.

last reply before I go, looks maxing is always worth because the better you look the better you'll be treated and the more opportunities you'll have. Therefore it would be stupid to not lean out as much as possible, and quite frankly you should really get a rhinoplasty. Don't try to categorize yourself, maximize what you were given.
