The problem is that a person can be uninhibited in some contexts and very inhibited in others. Silly example: friends, girls.

Be attractive, get lobotomy and tell all the bs you want. Other than that it's over. It's easier to get surgeries and ascend than to get low inhib. It's part of your personality, you can always fight that but you never will get to exact oposite of what you are now.
