How can I become more disciplined and finally get down to studying?

I have my final exams tomorrow and I haven't even studied,I have time but I don't know how to study effectively
Is there a way to study that isn't tedious and allows for some free time between studies?
I tried a bunch of methods I saw on YouTube but they didn't work for me they all require sitting down and writing or reading a lot

Discipline is forcing yourself to do it. You can't gain discipline without putting your feet down and studying. Fight against your own attention deficit.
