How can I become my morph

I need help planning out my ascension. I’m trying to achieve this morph and maybe even more by improving eye area through canthoplasty or something else. But right now I’m planning a hairline transplant (which should go well since I have no balding but a naturally big forehead) and jaw fillers. If anyone can give me tips advice or other things I should do please help me. I’m ready to change

if you don't suffer from androgenetic alopecia, then a hairline lowering surgery may be a better option than a hair transplant, as it will allow to retain your original density and angulation. Look up Dr. Aharonov's instagram to get a grasp of what's achievable.

Minoxidil + microneedling to thicken up your lateral eyebrows.

Your eyes can't be fixed, I'm sorry. Short IPD, bad ESR (0.39-0.40), short PFL, unideal E.A.R. ; in other words : close-set, small, rounded eyes. No surgery will fix that. Orbital box osteotomy is a meme. Canthoplasty won't do what you think it will.

Cartilage graft to broaden nasal bridge.

Lip filler to augment upper lip height. Alternatively, a lip lift, although it seems overkill to achieve such minimal change.

Fat dissolvers (lipo vela, aqualyx, etc.) to increase cheek hollows. As an alternative or a complement, liposuction of the cheek's fat pad. Buccal fat removal would probably be overkill.

Your morph shows no sign of jaw enhancement with fillers.

Look at this morph with corrected IPD, ICD, ESR, PFL, EAR (all within ideal range) :

And it just achieves normal-looking eyes. It doesn't even fix the misc and soft tissue in the eye area.

(I used his morph as a basis, because it has better definition ... the assessment would be even more brutal with the unaltered original picture)


@ceezsalty for the sake of discussion, I completed your initial morph with a few other upgrades. Namely : closer-set and fuller eyebrows ; corrected eyes ; broader nasal bridge and refined nasal tip ; wider mouth ; taller chin ; larger posterior mandible (right side in the pic).

Only two unachievable upgrades : eye shape & spacing, and mouth width. Unfortunately, both of those aspects will hardcap your looksmaxxing.
