How do i become strong and get a wider frame? I'm already doing push ups, with correct form my limit is 15

And don't come to me talking shit that you can do more, when your form is shit and you arch your back like a woman getting her back blown out

Do harder variations and add pull ups

If you're dedicated enough, get started on this: https://hundredpushups.com/ and then after u complete that do this http://www.50pullups.com/

Eat 2500+ calories a day and get a lot of meat, dairy, eggs. Eat a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight

Do 100 calf raises everyday starting now and increase as it gets easier, do that many squats as well

For wider frame, get something heavy and do a lot of pullovers with it every day. Also do wide grap hangs from pull up bar

Start taking creatine as well, it will make you stronger in each workout but be careful and dont od, it can speed up balding if u have balding genes

Appreciate the effort, but gyms are closed and pull ups are a no go my guy.

100 push ups was already my goal, how do you plan to train in quarantine my guy?

I'm just ldaring at the moment. It sucks tho cuz I feel like I need to put on muscle the most, I'm a framecel at 140 pounds jfl

Sucks to suck, I'm also only 120 pounds, at 6'0, what's your height?

I'm 6'0 as well and i feel u man, I only just put on some weight this past year. Ppl on this site definitely underestimate the importance of frame and muscle in general, it can halo you really well

Bruh that's not that bad you just need to train more lol. When I started off I was basically able to do like 8 pushups and now I can do 80 perfect form close grip pushups in a row

You become stronger by going hard on your lifts and progressive overload

You can buy a barbell for cheap, add weights or make your own easily, and a pull up bar is a huge part of a good gym at home. You can also use the pull up bar for many other exercises. I would say for working out at home a barbell and a pull up bar are the two main things, they are cheap and cover just about every muscle geoup
