Maybe I quit too quickly I quit after like 2 weeks-ish? My skin got brighter but not lighter at all, just got rid of my tan

If you are really trying to look as ''white'' as possible, you're better off leaning, getting contact lenses, maybe surgeries if you have features that give off not white in a heartbeat (say African nose or Middle Eastern one), but other than that you cannot really go from brown skin to pale skin overnight not even if you spent your whole life doing that.

If by any chance OP is unbanned I'd have to first ask what his starting pheno and skin-tone are (preferably where he falls on the fitzpatrick scale, celebrity matches, or photos on hand), some phenos and skin tones can become "White passing" with the right looksmaxxes though often the best you can do is achieve a mixed look.
