how can i block websites on the internet

i want to permanently block lookism, .co and .me from my life after today

but i cant find any applications that block these sites on laptop, windows 8

i mean i have cold turkey but that only blocked the sites on chrome, i need to block it on edge too so i dont get tempted.

anyone know of anything?

i find it easy to stay away from it on my phone when i dont have my laptop since it has many blocker things stopping me from accessing it
