How can I bring myself to study?

I cannot study unless i have my phone in front of me and im scrolling tiktok, no other way. Even if i actually try without phone 10 minutes later i find myself scrolling through tiktok. I cant even focus even if i try, i forget important things, its just not interesting to me and i cant
but im not retarded too much, I always had 4 GPA
