How can I build up muscle efficiently?

I weigh 73 kg, standing at 190 cm tall.

How can I build up muscle most efficiently? I want a slim, yet muscular figure, weighing around 80-85 kg.

How is this achievable?
 
PPL, just start lifing if youre consistent youll get somewhere
 
eat more proteins and more in general, lift wieghts intensely and regularly
You might build up some fat, if you eat healthy food (no processed shit) its OK and you'll lose it no problem short after
 
Find a good routine for beginners, lift close to failure with appropriate volumes (start low, see how you recover, consider upping it slowly but surely with time), eat around 160g of protein per day (you weigh 160lbs ish) and eat a little more than you currently do, to slowly bulk and gain weight.

Keep doing that consistently (3-4x/week weight training), get stronger, sleep well and you'll see results in 6-12 months.
