im really weak and underweight for my age being 5'8 105lbs at 14 and i struggle to curl 20 lb weights :feelswhy:
i try to bulk but i have no appetite and get full fast is there any supplements to help me get hungry enough to gain a lot of muscle in say 6 to 8 months
or is there any workouts that are the best for gaining muscle mass im getting desperate

and ignore ppl on here who youll likely see talking about a cycle at your age just eat and lift bro play sports and surround yourself with friends who push you to get big youll pack muscle on quickly

Protein, oil, and peanut butter are the best foods that helped me gain weight. Protein is obvious but for oil try and put as much olive oil win your food as you can when you cook, adds a lot of calories. Peanut butter is great for making high calorie protein shakes

you can't speedrun a bulk there's no difference between a 400 compared to an 1000 cal surplus in muscle gains

I took mk-677 for 2 months (if you need a place to buy it from message me on discord)but mk-677 is good for the fact that the worst side affect is diabetes but if you just keep your blood levels in check its fine and you can eat like shit per say but dont eat like a mcdonald's and dominos everyday just eat like a takeaway 1 every 2-3 days if you need to but its good I put on a few kg on it and it also boosts your growth hormone and igf-1 by a little bit so yeah I would take it and its oral so you dont have to inject but keep in mind you are 14 and the fact that you are 5,8 is pretty impressive and under weight for you height not for your age keep in mind but yeah you can if you want but get berbrine with it you can get it from amazon or anywhere else stay safe im 17 and I didnt get no side affects from it (bad side affects) STAY SAFE! if you want my discord for a source reply and ill drop it

i ate at a 800 surplus slept 9hrs and worked out 6 days a week
