If you have black/brown you'd have to use contacts or surgery. If you had lighter eyes as a kid or are starting with Hazel/Green you can use aspirin to make them lighter

2mg Vitamin K (Life Extension - Super K)

Ray Peat in an interview said to take 1mg of vitamin K per 325mg of aspirin. I take 2mg because that’s just how it’s dosed (dosages for vitamin K supplements are notoriously low… Super K is one of the few on the market that I know of that is a higher dosage).
