I have a rather high hairline, and it somewhat ruins my appearance from the front (when I don't cover my forehead with my hair). How can this be fixed—including surgical options?

The two surgical options are a forehead reduction surgery, where a strip of the forehead is removed and the remaining skin is stitched back together effectively shortening the forehead, or a hair transplant. Here is a thread that goes over these two methods.

Minoxidil, finasteride, dermapen, etc. likely won’t help you lower your hairline assuming that you have a naturally big forehead (rather than a receding hairline caused my MPB). These methods can only stop hair loss and improve density where hair follicles already exist, so if there weren’t...

Hair transplantation, Minoxidil, a variety of shampoos, balms and oils to stimulate hair growth

Minoxidil, finasteride, dermapen, etc. likely won’t help you lower your hairline assuming that you have a naturally big forehead (rather than a receding hairline caused my MPB). These methods can only stop hair loss and improve density where hair follicles already exist, so if there weren’t any follicles on your forehead to begin with they won’t spawn in after using minoxidil. The surgical route is likely the only route in this case.
