How can I change the pigment of my lips?

My lips in my opinion have a really good shape n size, but I'm extremely pale n if they r dry or the lighiting ain't good enough they js blend w my skin. Any tips on how to make em more red or pinkish?

if I remember right my ex used one n when we kissed it left a glossy mark on me. can I prevent that

It depends what brand or sort of tinted balm you get. You can probably get one that’s not glossy.
