How can I check if my infras are recessed?

How can I check if my infras are recessed and how can I fix them if they are, would hardmaxx but i cant get surgeries or take steroids because i have 4 heart conditions and had 3 surgeries meaning anesthesia is very risky.

All you can do safely is a fat graft to add more fat to the area and mask the recession. This is probably the least of your concerns though, I’m sure you have other things to max out before you consider this
