i have similar eye area but i cant quite pinpoint why i still look much worse. i know jaw and stuff but something about my features look off or am i tripping. i dont look as youthful kinda ?

longer lateral eyebrows
higher palpebral fissure length to height ratio (shorter eyes)
higher set ears
more prominent cheekbones that create an oblique hollowness
larger bigonial width
larger/flatter nose bridge
higher lower lip to upper lip ratio
a more defined cupid bow
a chin with more downward growth

Morph :

His eyebrows are also set much higher above the eyes (larger eyebrow-to-eye spacing). I didn't bother altering your face accordingly.

thanks a lot for this and i know most of the points u said and tried to morph already but i still always looked worse. maybe its some tiny detail in his eye area or something like that which makes him so mogger?

I think it's the cumulative effect of all the aforementioned small differences, not just one (like the eye area).
Besides the hair grooming, it's rather pointless to mimic him, as you simply can't reproduce what makes him special. Focus on your own thing.

Wide nose tip + short chin + acute jaw frontal angle (probably accentuated by lens distortion).
A rhinoplasty and a genioplasty could be good ideas.

Also, after measuring your vertical thirds, your hairline is a bit high. I don't know how old you are, but it's better to watch out for any sign of potential further loss. Anyway, you may want to give dermastamp & minoxidil a try. While you're at it, you could apply the same treatment to your medial eyebrow, in order to reduce inter-eyebrow spacing.

If darkening of the undereyes develops in the coming years, you may be able to treat it with fat grafting. Beware : fat resorption can be quite high in this region.

Finally, a wider neck would frame your jaw better (assuming the finer neck on the picture is not entirely due to lens distortion and head position).
