How can i clear my stuffy nose

I've been taking b12 and vit c and it work alot but only one of my nostrils is clear. How can I clear both of my nose holes and get mogger breathing. Ded srs

I try buteyko every single time this happens. Usually i have no trouble breathing, but every time after i was myself, some water gets inside my nostrils and I'm left with a blocked nose. Is it that abnormal?

This may be a bit painful but it is very efficient. Pour water from the sink into one of your nostrils so it can exit your other nostril.
