Don't get me wrong but isn't nic only good for short term stressful situations ? Nic will higher your cortisol on the long run when i remember it right. And how will trt directly help with stress. Having well balanced hormone levels theoretically helps yes, but i don't think it will change something of my situation.

I never heard about KSM. L theanine sounds good, i think its in tea right ?

Ksm 66 is just a form of ashwaghanda I’ve been using it and my anxiety is low and sex drive is sky high

L theanine is found in green tea but in very small amounts

Nicotine is not needed but it’s more a replacement for caffeine if you drink coffee. It doesn’t help with anxiety
