How can I convince my orthodontist to give me lefort

“Guys, I have an appointment with the orthodontist soon. I’m pretty sure my maxilla is recessed, and I need to know what to say so they actually check it. I’ll do anything to get LeFort or headgear. I also genuinely have trouble breathing through my nose. I’m 17 and I’m scared they’ll tell me it’s too late. I need LeFort no matter what — how do I best make that happen?”

That’s my face currently. Do u think my maxilla is recessed?

No the surgen will decide what orthodontist should do so first you have to go to the surgen and then surgen will be convinced and then the orthodontist will do something to your teeths ans then you go to the surgen

Tell them that you have crazy sleep apnea without telling them. Tell him symtoms of sleep apnea like chocking for air during sleep, loud snoring, whole nine yards. Act oblivious but concerned. Even with all this they will recomend stuff like cpap and mouth appliances so you need to act like you've tried them and say can't do cpap due to claustrophobia and that mouth appliances are not working. Orthodontists will be very hesitent to recomend lefort so you need to build on a lie to make it seem like there is no other option.
