How can i convince my orthognathic surgeon to do a ccw rotation in my lefort 1?

I have not spoke to my surgeon yet so i dont exactly know what im getting done all i know is it lefort 1 which will include a maxillary advancement and possible expansion.

So i dont exactly know if they do a ccw rotation anyway.

if he doesnt give you CCW rotation you go find someone else

i cant just find someone else the fucking waiting lists in the uk is dreadful.
Im just going to have to hope he gives one.

CCW rotation is seperate from lefort 1, its best to first ask for more details from ur surgeon and then get a second opinion from elsewhere

I thought they do normally include them if the downward growth is bad? I will ask about it when i see him, thanks.

normally yes, but from what ive heard with nhs surgeons they tend to be quite conservative and just do the bare minimum alot of the time
