How can I convince my parents to let me get an epicanthoplasty under 18

I really need this shit, my ICD is fucking 1.18. Almost everything else on me is perfect, but I just fucking HATE my icd. I want 80% harmony, and I will not stop at anything to achieve it.

So, drop the method please. I need some more arguments other than "I'm insecure"
