How can I cope with being alone

As the title says im about to graduate highschool 0 true friends made along 4 year journey not active in social media so its wraps the second the last bell rings the only thing that kept me coping was online friends but since then ive slowly been drifting away from them to the point I only talk to 1 or maybe 2 I have no close family members my age so that adds to it
