When I was single. I would lock in my room ans do coding and freelance work all day. and only go out for gymaxxing. Wakeup, brush teeth, Gym code, eat and sleep. My routine for almost 7-8 months.

I learnt a lot and made good money doing this. If you are going to be lonely atleast make it productive imo.
