How can I cope with not being perfect

Being a 5'11 HTN is not enough to force me outside, I live in a relentless fear of the legendary 6'5 8 PSL Chad appearing out of nowhere and eviscerating me just by existing and occupying my same space.

I've never seen any of these specimen irl, people either lack face or height or even both, yet I fear them for some reason.
